God is telling us over and over again that the battle we fight is a spiritual battle.Ī Powerful Partnership – post – God gives children to us as “arrows” in the hands of a warrior. Those are the weapons we use to engage in spiritual warfare! We read in Ephesians 6 that we are to put on the belt of truth and buckle it around our waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and fit our feet with the gospel of peace. We need to be using the weapons of prayer and application of the Word of God. We cannot fight this spiritual battle using a carnal weapons like manipulation or unkind words. There really is wickedness in this world, so we need to be looking at the world with spiritual eyes. We can choose to worry about them, try to control it al ourselves or trust the God who made them and loves them more than we can possibly imagine.
